Social walks
On the 21st May 2026 we had our very first social walk. A new programme funded by Camden council in collaboration with Highgate society and Lauderdale house that gives people the opportunity to meet other people from the area and take in the beautiful local scenery. We started at the Community centre and showed participants the hidden Holly Lodge garden and pond where our Co-Chair Roger Elliott gave a talk about the pond’s restoration. Then we headed up to Waterlow park and visited the kitchen garden before looping round and coming back to the community centre for tea, coffee and cake.
Monday Lunch Club (every Monday)
Every Monday we host our lunch club where we offer a 3 course meal for just £4. It’s an opportunity to get to know local residents, make friends and have some delicious food.
